Services
We provide web design, development, hosting, SEO, and related services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, content, and access required to deliver services. Delays in providing materials may affect timelines.
Payment
Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Typically, 50% is due at project start and 50% on completion, unless otherwise agreed.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless contractually restricted.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.
